How to give your friend a surprise party overseas

Here are a few tips on how to throw a surprise party for your friend while studying abroad.

1ST : Distraction

yes ask him to go out to the nearest CC(cyber cafe). As for girls maybe shopping=)

Step 2 : Decoration
Balloons are a good way. They are cheap and easy to find=)


3rd : CAKE
Get a cake that suit your budget and look presentable also=D
But remember dont eat all the cake while waiting for your friend=) I am sure your friend wont be happy if there r no more cake for the party XD


If all else fail just scare your friend with the balloon=)
